I sit up front with the dog between my legs, and he rests his head on the front of the boat, and my husband can sit behind me cross legged still. For reference, I’m 5’2, my dog is 55 pounds, and my husband is 6’2. I’m actually thankful we got inflatable because it’s so much more comfortable for my dog to lay on, rest his head on, etc. My only complaint would be the seats aren’t the most comfortable.It really doesn’t take long to blow up and get set up after you figure it out the first time. At the end of the day we deflate it, bring it home, then inflate it again it to sit in the sun for an hour or so to dry off then it’s all ready to come inside and go back into our closet.Lastly I will say, just like with any kayak, the paddles or comes with are not very good at all. After one attempt at kayaking with the paddles it came with, we immediately bought ourselves nicer ones $29 each or so.
